IPv4 Custom Reverse PTR Records

We offer support for custom IPv4 reverse DNS PTR records, especially useful for those who are running services on the end of broadband circuits, such as mail servers, for example.
In order to change your reverse IPv4 PTR to something custom, please create a support ticket via our online Create Ticket option, providing us with details of the custom entry (or entries for IP range assignments) you wish to set.
Please ensure that your forward A record is setup and in place before making a request for custom PTR, as we will check this has part of change request process.
