You can divert calls to another number (including your mobile) when you’re away from the phone or making a call, by using Call Diversion, also known as Call Divert.

To switch on call diversion:
1) Press the * key
2) Enter one of these codes:
  • 21 (To divert all calls)
  • 61 (To divert calls you don't answer within 15 seconds)
  • 67 (To divert calls when your phone is engaged)
3) Press the * key again
4) Enter the phone number you want to divert calls to
5) Press the # key

To switch off call diversion:
1) Press the # key
2) Enter the code you used when you switched on call diversion (21, 61 or 67)
3) Press the # key

To check Call Diversion is on:
1) Press the * key
2) Press the # key
3) Enter the code you used when you switched on call diversion (21, 61 or 67)
4) Press the # key again

Note:
Diversion to the following international destinations is unavailable: Bangladesh, Colombia, India, Kuwait, Lebanon, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, and the West Indies.
